Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At The Cookie Stop, we take pride in the quality of our artisan cookies. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we want to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your cookies arrive damaged, in poor condition, or do not match what you ordered, contact us within the first 24 hours after delivery.

We will ask for a photo of the product to evaluate the situation and will proceed to send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no cost as long as we have not started preparing your cookies.

Once preparation has begun, the order cannot be canceled as our cookies are baked fresh for each order.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after your request is approved.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Custom Orders

Custom orders for events (weddings, birthdays, corporate, etc.) are subject to special conditions.

For event orders, a non-refundable deposit is required. Specific details are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
