What makes a cookie artisan

It is not a label, it is how it is baked. We work in batches rather than industrial runs, with real butter instead of vegetable fat. They are best within four weeks, not months, which is why we send them freshly baked rather than holding them in storage.

To be straight about it: we have physical stores only in the state of Chihuahua, where you will find us at more than 80 stockists. Anywhere else in the country, you will not find a shop of ours around the corner — what we do is deliver to your address from our plant. For most of Mexico, "near you" means a parcel at your door, not a branch.
