We're looking for someone to help in the kitchen. You'll learn our recipes and help create the new ones.
The role
You'll work in our kitchen on Av. Columbia, opposite the Tránsito office, in Cuauhtémoc. You'll learn the recipes we already have and help develop new ones for events and for the shops we supply across Mexico. Normal hours are 9:00 to 17:00 and we're looking to cover between 20 and 40 hours a week.
What we're looking for
- Care for detail: a cookie sells on how it looks as much as how it tastes.
- Reliable hours. Some production days can't be moved.
- Willingness to learn new recipes and repeat them the same way every time.
- Bakery or kitchen experience helps, but isn't essential.

We're a small team. We bake in batches rather than on a production line, so you'll handle the product from start to finish instead of repeating one step all day. What leaves this kitchen is sold in more than 70 locations across the state and shipped to orders nationwide.
The owners work in the kitchen. If something isn't going well, it gets said and fixed the same day.
